There are various types of cladding available:

3. Standing Seam Cladding – Designed for low-pitch roofs, this system provides excellent weather resistance and a modern aesthetic.
4. Built-Up Twin Skin with Mineral Wool – A high-performance solution for enhanced fire resistance and thermal efficiency.
5. Fire-Rated Walls – Essential for buildings requiring fire protection and compliance with safety regulations.

• Cladding drawings are produced in house by our CRS draughting team. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness to client requests. Our draughting office works closely with the erection team to assist with any queries they may have.
• On Insulated systems the connections/junctions are robust and follow the main manufacturer details for window/doors etc.
• All openings are fully flashed.
• A range of colours are available to suit the client’s needs.
• Gutters are manufactured from plastisol or standard off the shelf PVC systems. Valley and boundary wall gutters are insulated.
• Gutter calculation to BS EN 1256-2000-3 is used to calculate the size of the gutter and to quantify the number of rainwater pipes.
• Most claddings offer a guarantee of 30 to 40 years to first maintenance.
